As a qualified SVQ 4 Training and Development professional and a Menopause Well-Being Practitioner, I am dedicated to enhancing overall well-being through tailored sessions designed to promote personal growth, health awareness, and the development of effective coping strategies. With successful experience in developing individual and team well-being awareness in the workplace, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to my practice.

  • Following up after care phone call approx. 4 weeks after achieving goals on well-being plan

Workplace Reset & Recharge Sessions

Promote staff well-being with our ‘Reset and Recharge’ sessions. As a holistic massage therapist, I help alleviate workplace tension, stress, and anxiety. Book individual 20-minute taster sessions, including seated acupressure back massage, Indian head massage, Reiki, and reflexology, or join our group relaxation and meditation sessions. Experience the benefits of holistic therapies to enhance workplace harmony and employee appreciation.
